“Lesson 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1… 0”. Amaia Urra

by

I go forward in leaps, spins and backward steps.

I go forward without going forward.

I hardly advance at all, I go back on my steps, I split, I cast doubt on the path I have chosen, I take three steps forward, I go back on them, I change direction, again I cast doubt on the path I choose, I contradict myself. As soon as I set off I hold back, I stop, I think, I doubt, I get stuck, I get stuck, I get stuck, I give up.

I start again, I try to take several paths at the same time, I go back, I decide on one, I change direction, I get lost, I move in zig-zags, I delay, I go slowly, I take my time, I wander, I ramble, I travel, I turn around, I travel, I take a stroll, I walk.

In the constant search for an affirmation, but not a categorical one. As soon as I manage to affirm something, I feel the need to immediately destabilize it. A friend tells me that to formulate an idea is to set a form that is not exactly truthful and is necessarily partial. As soon as you formulate it you cast doubt on the formulation of it and you would like to go back on it. And that Kierkegaard said “When I speak I express the universal, and when I do not no one can understand me.” He tells me that language is a precise and also clumsy tool, and it deforms because it provides a form.

I THEREFORE INVITE YOU TO SHARE MY WANDERING FOR A MORNING, TO SHARE MY DOUBTS, SOME OF MY AFFIRMATIONS AND THE THINGS I’VE BEEN WORKING ON RECENTCLY. WE’LL BEGIN AT EXACTLY 10.00 WITH A COUNTDOWN. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE.
