ZAPI ZURIA<\/b>
\nWaving a white handkerchief can signal a greeting or a goodbye, surrender, ceasefire or \u201cHelp!\u201d From far away, an open handkerchief might be confused with an open book or blank canvas. Zapi Zuria is an online publishing initiative by Bulegoa z\/b<\/a> for the edition of contributions.<\/p>\n

In June 2020, in the context of the confinement due to COVID-19, Bulegoa z\/b presented Zapi Zuria<\/i>, a digital publishing space dedicated to the publication of interventions in different formats, which have been posted in an irregular but frequent way.<\/p>\n

To mark the fifteenth anniversary of Bulegoa z\/b, the thirteen contributions published by Zapi Zuria<\/i> to date are on display in the office space. A selection of videos, audio pieces, texts, drawings and objects, to which are added three new contributions: Cartas del desencanto<\/i> by Dora Garc\u00eda, 6 abesti, 6 eszenografia<\/i> by Verde Prato and Sahatsa Jauregi and M\u00e1quina de conmoci\u00f3n (Y con<\/i> Black Bach Artsakh)<\/i> by Begonia Santa Cecilia and Luis Moreno Caballud.<\/p>\n

ZAPI ZURIA
\n<\/b>A drawing-map that can never be seen in its entirety, an image and a hidden video that marked the start of Zapi Zuria<\/i>.<\/p>\n

Esti Ibarra<\/b> is an artist.<\/p>\n

\u00bfPOR QU\u00c9 ME GUSTA SANTIAGO DE PAOLI?
\n<\/b>One day, a question formed between Burzaco, Glew and Adrogu\u00e9. The answer would make dubitation a methodology.<\/p>\n

Mariano Mayer<\/b> is a poet and independent curator. He lives in Madrid.<\/p>\n

POSIDONIA<\/b>
\nArchitectures of the end of the world are those that construct the future end of the world. They help in its definition, they accompany it when it dies, or they die for it.
\nThe structure<\/a> of Tripak Haiek is constantly dying, helping us to think about the crisis, decadence and caring relationships or, at least, to be attentive in that process.
\nThe structure is like a living being, and the bodies, as they are inanimate, are committed to it, tearing themselves apart, and disembowelling it.<\/p>\n

Tripak + Haiek<\/b>. The collaboration between Tripak (Maite Mugerza, Marina Su\u00e1rez Ortiz de Z\u00e1rate, Natalia Su\u00e1rez Ortiz de Z\u00e1rate and Andrea Berbois) and Haiek (Ion Arregi and Mart\u00edn Ferr\u00e1n) arose from the encounter between a company that seeks to analyse its concerns in a scenic format and another that does the same with architecture and constructive forms.<\/p>\n

OFFERINGS
\n<\/b>Offerings<\/i> is a series of mixed-media installations that shift the settings of reality to seldomly visited worlds.<\/p>\n

Vinita Gatne<\/b> (1988, Mumbai) is an installation artist, with a background in architecture and urban studies. Through her work, Vinita experiments with modes of storytelling by shifting the setting of anecdotes to ephemeral and chimerical landscapes.<\/p>\n

ALGO QUE VER, NADA QUE DECIR (IM\u00c1GENES MUDAS)<\/b>
\n<\/b>Extract<\/a> from the third session of the course On Praxis, An Unstated Theory<\/i> at Dutch Art Institute, 2016-2017.<\/p>\n

Jon Mikel Euba<\/b>, artist, has been working on a project since 2006 whose focus is writing, in which he aims to define a praxis to develop into technical theory.<\/p>\n

The title of the selection paraphrases the talk given in 1855 by Lucy Stone, Disappointment is the Lot of Women<\/i>.<\/p>\n

M\u00c1QUINA DE CONMOCI\u00d3N (Y CON <\/b>BLACK BACH ARTSAKH<\/b>)<\/b>
\n<\/b>M\u00e1quina de conmoci\u00f3n<\/i>\u00a0[Commotion Machine] is a book made up of a series of texts and images that emerged in dialogue with the film Black Bach Artsakh<\/i><\/a>, by Ayreen Anastas and Rene Gabri. It explores the creation of artifacts that make possible encounters between people who have been affected in very different ways by colonial violence and genocide: encounters that intensify the potential housed in their wounds, their childhoods, their languages, their struggles and their forms of life.<\/p>\n

Begonia Santa Cecilia<\/b>, artist (Brooklyn). Her practice sets out from the pictorial tradition and weaves together the observation of nature, everyday experience and activism around the sustainment of life in common.<\/p>\n
