Despite differences in their struggles, trans people around the world all exist within the same stage of capitalism. In this workshop, we will share new releases from English and Spanish trans literature,\u00a0to see what elements are common to both contexts.<\/p>\n

McKenzie Wark<\/b> is an Australian born, New York based writer and scholar. Her books in Spanish translation are\u00a0Un manifiesto hacker\u00a0<\/i>(Alpha Decay),\u00a0La playa bajo la calle<\/i>\u00a0(Hermida),\u00a0El capitalismo ha muerto<\/i>\u00a0(Holobionte), and\u00a0Vaquera Invertida<\/i>\u00a0(Caja Negra). Her most recent book,\u00a0Raving<\/i>\u00a0was published by Duke University Press.<\/p>\n
