A group of, say, 10 people are sitting around a model. They are drawing her. When the model looks at the drawings, how many people will she see?<\/em><\/p>\n

I don\u2019t understand you<\/strong> takes up on the Bulegoa z\/b Glosario, in particular, on the idea of a common content being interpreted from different places.<\/p>\n

As well as considering specific content, the proposal seeks to unfold and explore the actual process of interpreting \u2013 to play with the possibilities of interpretation for unforming and forming meanings: for shifting, breaking or collapsing them, branching them out, particularising them, creating contexts around them, masking, revealing or destroying them; for carrying meanings away from their origin and taking them back to it familiar or foreign.<\/p>\n

As a vehicle for interpreting, I don\u2019t understand you<\/strong> will use scores. The three-day intervention will begin with a proposal by Toni Crabb, followed by a second part in which the public attending the intervention will be invited to decide on a set of content, create scores around it, and interpret other scores of their choice. Ideally, this proposal would include participants from as many different areas of knowledge as possible.<\/p>\n

Toni Crabb <\/strong>is an artist. Born in Harare, Zimbabwe, 1970, living near Barcelona. Recent projects: Conversations on pleasure<\/em>, VI Bienal de Jafre; The Drawing Game<\/em>, group project with Tanja Smit, Sinead Spelman and Carmen de Ayora; Fox<\/em>, daily drawing project working within the relationship between her and the forest around her current home, soon to be turned into a golf course and hotel.
